Common questions
What flooring do you install?
LVP/LVT, hardwood (solid and engineered), laminate, tile, and carpet. We can match an existing floor or spec a new product.
How long does a flooring install take?
Single room: 1–2 days. Whole floor of a typical home: 3–5 days. Tile work runs longer because of cure times. Subfloor repair adds a day or two.
Residential or commercial?
Both. Single-family homes, condos, rental units, and small commercial spaces.
Do you handle floor repairs as well as new installs?
Both. Patches on damaged floors, water-damaged subfloor replacement, tile grout and transitions, trim repair.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed and insured for the work we perform across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
